At Huxbaby, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all full-priced items in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and accessories must have all tags and protective liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
